What is white-label AI automation?
A delivery team builds and runs automations that you sell under your own brand. You own the client relationship and the pricing. The delivery team stays behind the scenes.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
Agencies, consultants, and freelancers who already have paying business clients: marketing and SEO agencies, web design and development shops, CRM, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel implementers, operations and fractional consultants, IT providers, and freelancers with steady clients. We work with partners in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. It is not a course, a coaching program, or a software platform to resell, so it is not a fit if you are still looking for your first client.
Will my clients know Brand Jet built it?
No. Nothing your client sees carries the Brand Jet name. On calls we are introduced as part of your team, and we are happy to sign your NDA.
Who owns the client and who bills them?
You do. You set the client price, send the invoice, and collect payment. We bill you a fixed partner price for each build and for each monthly plan.
Will you ever approach my clients directly?
No. We only contact your clients through you or with you. We also do not work directly with a client you introduced, during the partnership or for 12 months after it, unless you agree in writing. The same rule applies the other way.
How is pricing worked out?
Every automation is custom, so each project is scoped first and priced on what it does, not on hours. We confirm the partner price in writing before you quote your client, and you keep everything above it. Monthly plans come in fixed tiers.
How is this different from GoHighLevel or Vendasta?
Those are software platforms you rebrand and resell, with the features they already have. We build custom automations around each client's own tools and process, and we run them for you after launch.
Can you white label n8n?
We do not rebrand or resell n8n itself. n8n stays our internal tool, which its licence allows, and your clients get the working automations, reports, and support under your brand. Clients connect their own accounts and keys.
Which tools do you build with?
Mostly n8n, AI models such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini, and the client's own CRM, email, calendar, and messaging tools. Paid tools run on the client's own accounts, so their usage never lands on your bill.
What do you need from us, and how quickly do you reply?
Clear requirements from the client before scoping, approval before any extra work starts, and on-time payment. We handle everything technical, and we reply within one business day.
Is this exclusive?
No. You can work with other developers, and we work with other partners and our own clients.
What happens if we stop working together?
Either side gives 30 days' notice. Your clients' automations keep running. You choose whether we keep maintaining them or you take them over with full documentation and a handover call.
